2. Include your student ID, course details, and reason for withdrawal
3. Provide original fee payment receipts
4. Complete the withdrawal form available at the admissions office
5. Return any course materials or equipment provided

• Completed withdrawal form

Processing Timeline

Refund processing timelines:

• Approval Process: 10-15 business days
• Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days after approval
• Total Processing Time: 18-27 business days
